The neighborhood organization recognized by the City of Gresham to represent residents and workers in the Powell Valley Neighborhood. We are not a homeowner's association.
What we do
We enhance our neighborhood through promoting volunteerism and by enhancing representation and communication with the city of Gresham. We are creating a stronger and safer community.
