Description

Garden Volunteers Needed!

The Gresham Japanese Garden (GJG) is comprised solely of volunteers!

GJG volunteers maintain garden spaces by weeding, pruning, building tasks, transplanting, taking care of the plant material in the shadehouse and greenhouse. We have tasks to fit everyone's desires. Volunteers also help with our cultural events and manage the rentals of the Kyoudou Center.

The spaces we maintain are the Tsuru Island, Ebetsu Plaza, Ambleside Annex, Mural Garden, Peace Tree Garden, and our Pollinator Garden, all inside Main City Park.

If you are interested, the Friends of the Gresham Japanese Garden will follow up with a time we can invite you to a volunteer orientation meeting.

By selecting 'Respond' to this opportunity, you let us know that you're interested in scheduling a volunteer orientation for this opportunity. We will contact you via email.
